Tikslas – irklu arba baidarės korpusu įmušti kamuolį į varžovų vartus. Baidarių polo baidarės ilgis 2,6 m, plotis 60 cm. Pirmosios baidarių polo varžybos Lietuvoje įvyko 1989 m.
